Manthe Lawn Care is available 24/7. With the owner/operator on site, we never have to worry, Kevin and his crew are always there to answer any questions and tackle any problem we may have. We have used larger companies in the past for our lawn care and snow removal needs, and have better service, prices and quality with MLC. He has the crew and the equipment to handle any job, big or small. I would recommend MLC to anyone seeking professional lawn care and snow removal needs.
We have been working with Kevin for the past 5 years, and we have over 100 rental properties we manage. MLC is always there when we need them! We have had problems in the past doing business with just one company for all our lawn/snow needs, So we were always skeptical using just one company, but with Kevin and MLC, They are always there to help us out, so MLC now takes care of all our lawn care and snow removal needs.
Within a month of using Manthe Lawn Care for our landscaping needs we saw an incredible improvement in our lawn. Our lawn is much greener than it has ever been and free of all of the dandelions usually covering the property. The crew does a great job of cleaning up after mowing and have always been courteous and eager to please. The pride in their work is evident and we continually receive compliments on how great the property looks.
Mowing If your landscape looks its best, we look our best. Every mowing includes the following: Complete mowing of the property, string trimming around all edging, trees, posts, etc., and removal of freshly cut grass from all paved and non-desirable areas with a power blower.
Core Aeration Aeration improves the health of your landscape. By removing small plugs from the lawn, and having them break back down into the turf after a week or so, this process helps revive compacted soil and completely puncture thatch build up in concentrated areas. This process also allows water, oxygen, sunlight and fertilizer to penetrate the turf and reach the root system and is usually done in late spring or early fall.
Dethatching Dethatching removes thatch build up in your landscape to allow moisture, sunlight and fertilizers to better reach the soil. "Thatch" is dead grass stems and roots and other small debris trapped above the soil creating a barrier for nutrients. A rule of thumb is that if you have more than about ½ inch of thatch in your lawn, then that layer is a problem for your lawn and should be removed.
Sidewalk, Curb and Driveway Edging Here we give the concrete borders in your landscape a clean "fresh from the barber" look.
